WATCH: New Video From the Decemberists “This Is Why We Fight”
Bangarang! The Lost Boys from Hook ended up finding their way into the Decemberists’ new video for the track “This Is Why We Fight.” You’ll see what I mean once you watch it.
I’m particularly fond of the characters in this video– especially their threads, and how much intensity these kids bring to the story as a whole. The Peter Pan scenario with an over-dominating Rufio (you need to watch Hook if you don’t know who I’m talking about) sits just right with the lyrics.
The video is also very well-balanced with the incorporation of imagery and diluted color tones, it gives it a sense of agelessness.
