Emerging from this same bastion of musical-creativity is the Afro-inspired, synth-pop powerhouse, Reptar. If you thought to yourself, “what the hell happened to MGMT on that second album?” (HEY! I like psychedelic turns), or you really enjoy Vampire Weekend, then they are perfect for you.
For the first part of summer, the XX will be playing festivals across Europe, but once late July and August hits, they’ll be shaking up the U.S. for a short round of dates.
This video seriously makes me love Florence and The Machine ten times more, maybe it’s their silliness, maybe it’s the animal costumes.
